Call for Papers - Special Issue of "Theory and Application of Intelligent Information Technology"

Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special issue of "Theory and Application of Intelligent Information Technology".
Intelligent information technology is one of multi-discipline researches and easily to be applied into industrial engineering. The researches are progressed by focusing on academically applied technology, focusing on practical viewpoint in industry and focusing on integration of basic and applied technology. However, there is not always a chance to be published as one issue. To provide an opportunity for subscribers, Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) is cooperated with CNSI and its co-located conferences and call for papers for the special issue of "Theory and Application of Intelligent Information Technology", the Journal of Information Processing.

Topics related to Theory and Application of Intelligent Information Technology Research are of interest. These include, but are not limited to the following areas:

(1) All papers must be submitted electronically. Please access the following URL and proceed under the submission instructions:

(2) All papers will be reviewed. The review process will be carried out in the same manner as regular issues. However, you have shorter time than usual (two months) for preparation of your responses to inquiries.

(3) Submission deadline is September 9, 2011 September 15, 2011.
*Submission deadline has been extended.

(4) The special issue will be published on the J-Stage website in July, 2012. Preprint will be published on the IPSJ Journal in May, 2012.
