Call for papers - Special issue of "Young Researchers’ Papers"
Updated on June 18, 2018
Editorial Committee of the Journal of Information Processing
Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special issue of “Young Researchers’ Papers.”
For the further advancement of information processing technologies, more support is needed for young researchers who do research driven by freely exploring ideas and/or by curiosity. One of the most important missions of the IPSJ is to promote activities by young researchers, including students, who will lead the next generation. JIP has a series of special issues, starting in 2014, for promotion of young researchers, which has had a positive reputation because of quick review processes. This is the fourth call for papers of the series of special issues and we plan it by full support of the editorial board members of JIP. Our aim is timely and speedy publication of research outcomes by young researchers.
In this special issue, we will publish papers written by young researchers including students. We welcome to submit a paper on any research topic of our society, so long as its first author is a young researcher or a student (detailed requirements are described below). This special issue is conducted by guest editor system. Etsuya SHIBAYAMA (The University of Tokyo) has been invited as a guest editor in chief for this special section.
